Vision & Mission

A future where children and families in the Bolivian Amazon can access essential health services—no matter how remote their community.

Our Vision

We envision Indigenous and rural communities in the Bolivian Amazon where children grow up healthier because prevention, education, and essential care are available close to home.

Our Mission

Alliance for Good Health partners with Indigenous communities in the Bolivian Amazon to improve health outcomes through prevention, education, and direct care.

Our approach is community-based, collaborative, and evidence-informed:

  • We listen first. We begin with community priorities and needs assessments.

  • We partner locally. We work alongside health promoters, educators, and existing health systems.

  • We bring care where access is hardest. When services are unavailable, we deliver mobile care and essential supplies.

  • We measure impact. We track outcomes and adapt programs to improve effectiveness.

Core Values

  • Respect – We honor culture, language, and local leadership.

  • Equity – Access to health care should not depend on geography.

  • Integrity – We steward donor resources responsibly and transparently.

  • Partnership – Lasting change comes from collaboration and trust.

  • Prevention – Early education and care prevent lifelong harm.

Why it Matters

Remote Amazonian communities face significant barriers to basic health care, including distance, limited transportation, and scarce infrastructure. Our work helps bridge these gaps so children receive prevention and treatment before small problems become lifelong harm.
